My bio

I am a Certified Executive Coach, Leader, Strategist, Team Builder, Educational Entrepreneur and Lifelong Learner. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and completed my Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program through Royal Roads University (RRU) and have my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through ICF. I also have a Masters in Leadership from Royal Roads University along with many other educational credentials. I have been with The University of Winnipeg for over 25 years, and am currently the Executive Director of Professional Applied and Continuing Education (PACE). We develop and deliver professional education to prepare learners wanting improve their employability and make an impact in the world.

I am naturally curious person and a passionate believer in lifelong learning, with over 30 years of leadership experience in education and business. I thrive on working with people and creating a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration. I have extensive experience with leading high performance teams in a fast paced, competitive and changing environment. I have worked with people from all over the world and have an extensive local, national and international network in industry and in executive and professional education.

My approach to coaching

Coaching has drawn me in as I love to help others discover their best possible self and focus on what matters most to them.  After years of leadership experience I want to be able to support others on their journey. My areas of expertise are in building teams, managing up, creating a culture of learning and innovation, and strategic thinking. Each coaching relationship is unique and I meet the client where they are, creating a safe non-judgemental space, allowing them to unlock their full potential.
