I have over 25 years of experience cultivating exceptional client relationships, leading and managing projects, programs, and teams, and mentoring individuals to grow and succeed in their careers. I have advised researchers, business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, academics as well as students on various aspects of their work and careers.
I am a graduate of the Royal Roads University’s Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and hold the designation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with ICF. I hold a B.Sc. (Honours) in Genetics and a Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS). As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I help individuals and teams uncover their unique qualities and strengths to help them perform at their best. I believe teams are more productive and successful when each member is given the opportunity to contribute in ways that optimize their strengths and talents.
Through coaching, I empower people to realize their true potential so that they experience success and fulfillment in all their pursuits. I partner with clients so that they can become the leader they were meant to be through confidential, one-on-one executive and leadership coaching. I equip leaders with the skills, knowledge, and competencies to bring out the best in others through leadership coach training. I provide insight with assessments and tools to enhance personal and team effectiveness.
